As temperatures are starting to rise, help us by following some simple rules to enjoy the sun safely:
  • Drink plenty of fluids & avoid excess alcohol
  • Exercise in the cooler parts of the day
  • Keep living spaces cool for infants, older people and those with long-term health conditions
  • Stay out of the sun between 11am-3pm when it’s at its hottest
  • Apply sunscreen if going out & wear loose clothing
