If you’re being bullied, you may feel hopeless, fearful and isolated. You may also find difficult to talk to someone about it and you may end up making excuses to avoid going to school (“I am not feeling well”, “I have an upset stomach”).
If you or someone you know feels that way and start showing the above signs, take action NOW by standing up to the bully/bullies!
Remember that bullies are generally unsure of themselves or have been victims of bullying themselves. You are stronger than them.
You might ask yourself: Why me? Am I weak? What can I do to make them stop?
You are not alone. Talk to someone you trust, such as a parent, carer, teacher or friend. You can also ring one of the numbers below.
